Each session will begin with a short arrival meditation after which the floor is yours. If you don’t know where to start I may ask you some background questions to find out about you. I may ask you what you would like to talk about and we would take it from there. To be in silence with someone can also be very helpful so there is no pressure to talk. About 10 minutes before the end of the session I will let you know we are coming to an end so the session will not end abruptly.

The sessions are private and confidential, unless I feel that someone is at serious threat.

What not to expect

The sessions are not counselling but are a non-advisory, judgement free listening service. We won’t talk about session content outside of sessions.
